The selected consultant will support the following objectives: Collaborate with the Vice President of Organizational Development to design and implement a Leadership Development Program aligned with institutional priorities and presidential vision. Build a cohesive, high-performing leadership team with strong collaborative practice. Strengthen leadership effectiveness through targeted coaching, mentoring, and capacity building initiatives. Foster a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement. The anticipated term of this engagement is approx. six (6) months beginning January 2, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
