This project will address building envelope repairs and maintenance that will include flashing, conductor heads, downspouts, gutters, brick tuck-pointing, damaged brick and precast stone replacement, parapet and coping repairs, masonry cleaning, masonry sealing, expansion joints, sealant joint replacements at all masonry locations, caulking, gaskets, new windows, new exterior doors, new exterior store front systems, painting, and roof system replacements. Removal of this moisture intrusion will prohibit possible mold growth, exterior and interior material deterioration and will allow for proper building envelope insulation. B. Project Restrictions: Pedestrian paths must be maintained / protected, security cameras and card swipe access must be maintained, building must remain open during construction.
