Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation
Project scope is to replace the existing comfort station of similar size with a new pre-designed, prefabricated comfort station, including a cast-in-place foundation system. The proposed building should have a sloped roof and have a minimum eight-foot ceiling height and shall be constructed of durable materials, preference is for cast concrete walls with a finish texture(s) compatible with a forest setting. The contractor shall disconnect the existing comfort station and connect the new comfort station to existing site utilities. The applicable building, plumbing and electrical codes shall apply.
South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism
Provide installation of two (2) new conestoga bathroom kits, along with associated foundations and utilities.
Wisconsin Department of Administration
This project will repave portions of multiple roads and parking areas throughout Governor Dodge State Park. Repaving includes: Ridge Road from Twin Valley Road to Cox Hollow Road, Hickory Ridge Road and parking areas, Enee Point Parking Lot, and the Cox Hollow Boat Launch. This project will also replace aging and failing waterlines in the Twin Valley Campground, and construct a new parking area as part of this project at Smith Conley Creek, south of the park on CTH H.
Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget
Work include electrical improvements including, but not limited to, removal of existing pedestals, abandonment of existing conduit, installation of new directional bored conduit and conductors, installation of new pedestals, coordination with utility for replacement of existing service(s), temporary power for pump station, restoration for disturbed areas and other work needed to replace the east campground site electrical.
