Work necessary for the utilities of approximately 68.9 acres. Approx. 4,759 LF 8" PVC Waterline (including blocking, fittings, bends, & tees); 27 Ea Fire Hydrant Assembly (including lead, tee, valve, and blocking); Connect Existing Service into 12" Waterline; 5,285 LF 8" SDR 35 PVC Sewer Line.
