S Magnolia Sewer Upgrade

Removing approx. 473 LF of existing 8” terracotta sewer line and 3 manholes and replacing it with 8” PVC and new precast manholes within the same alignment from Elmwood Street to E. Main Street along South Magnolia Avenue.
