Round Hill Elementary School Roof Renovation Project - (ITB)

Work consists of the re-roofing of an existing elementary school, including all associated work. Alternates include: alternate no. 1: black 90 mil EPDM roofing system in lieu of white 90 mil EPDM roofing system. Alternate no. 2: cleaning, patching and re-coating of all existing exterior insulating finish system (EIFS).
