Resurface rotary park playground. Excavate and haul off existing material. Install composite lumber as perimeter border. Install and compact of aggregate to grade. Install turf, seam tape/glue, trim and final secure around perimeter. Power broom in poly coated/anti-microbial infill into turf for ballast and fiber protection. Install padding system throughout the entire play area that will achieve 9ft of fall height.

Jurupa Community Services District
Qualified contractors to remove and replace the rubberized surfacing within the playground. Provide temporary fencing to secure the worksite. Remove & dispose of existing Pour-In-Place materials. Furnish & install new IPEMA Certified Pour-In-Place Rubberized Safety Surfacing per ADA, ASTM, and IPEMA Standards. Color to be the same as existing. Contractor shall provide a minimum two (2) year warranty on workmanship and materials for the new safety surfacing. Provide security to assure proper curing of Pour-In-Place product. Provide a performance & payment bond.
City of Colorado Springs
Perform comprehensive, loose fill playground surfacing refreshes and renovations. The scope of work will range from topping off existing playground pits with a fresh layer of ewf to the removal and replacement of existing playground surfaces. The method of adding ewf to the playground pit for either a refresh or a new installation needs to be performed using a pneumatic blower truck. The contractor must be able to dispose of all materials generated from a project and coordinate access to specified locations. Contractor will be responsible for any repairs related to damages created on site will working.
