Roosevelt Park Pool Equipment Upgrades

Comprehensive upgrade to the original pool water treatment equipment. Removal and replacement of existing pool water treatment equipment and boiler and related piping, valves, fittings. Removal and replacement of concrete pool deck and near-surface pool piping. Ancillary work including new exterior door and window, metal roofing, miscellaneous carpentry, miscellaneous concrete, metal fabrications (guardrails, ladders, steel lift beams, field welding). Construction and piping for a new below-grade concrete pool water balance tank. New power and control connections to new equipment, pumps, controllers, and boilers. General project management, meetings, schedule control, and project reporting.
