Roofing Maintenance and Repair Services (ITB)

Provide both emergency and routine non-emergency repair services for commercial and residential roofing as needed, including on-call services, maintenance and repair services and inspection services. Contractor would be furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, personnel, coordination and mobilization to perform on-call roof repair and maintenance work at Metro, and all Metro Venues and facilities.
