Colorado State University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications Submittals for consideration to be evaluated and potentially selected as a Pre-Qualified Bidder for: Roofing Contractors.

Transit Authority of River City (TARC)

Provision of roofing and gutter services for various facilities owned or operated by the transit authority. Work includes, but is not limited to: Inspection, repair, replacement, and maintenance of existing roofing systems, including flat, pitched, metal, and membrane roofs. Installation of new roofing systems as required. Removal and proper disposal of damaged or worn roofing materials. Installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, flashing, fascia, and associated components. Emergency response services to address leaks, storm damage, and other urgent roofing issues.
