Roof replacement at MFE ATCT (McAllen, TX)

Civil/architectural: replace PVC roof membrane system on cab roof; replace PVC roof membrane system on tower catwalk; replace the vinyl sidings of the atct including above and below the cab windows; construct stud structural framing and exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) on the atct; construct perimeter foundation beam for EIFS; replace the front exterior door (Storefront) reconstruct concrete side walk at storefront; replace defogger system; move all existing HVAC, electrical, utilities, and conduits away from the new building EIFS; abate Lead paint at building entrance and windows mechanical replace HVAC packaged unit on the 4th floor. Install a mini split air conditioning unit in the telecom room on the 4th floor. Install common fresh air intake duct for the cab HVAC units on the 4th floor.
