Provide roof replacement project includes remove and dispose of existing roofing system and components, including membrane insulation, base sheets, flexible and metal flashings and associated materials and components, remove abandoned rooftop unit and miscellaneous penetrations; remove or repair and replace existing deteriorated decking; provide wood blocking at perimeter edges, walls, fascia's and penetrations.
