Roadway Improvements Project - Upper Mountain Avenue, Ashland Drive & Ellerhausen Drive

City of Asbury Park

Project includes reconstruction of the roadway, construction and replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk, ADA upgrades, and replacement of drainage and sanitary sewer infrastructure on portions of Third Avenue, as well as all other Work.

Town of Berlin

Project generally consists of erosion and sediment control, traffic control, earthwork, drainage improvements, asphalt paving and associated striping, markings and signage for approximately 1,500 LF of roadway improvements on Mt. Carmel Drive from US-278 to CR-1614/1615. The Project includes realignment of the intersection. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially complete in 120 calendar days from the date that the Contract Times commence to run as indicated on the Notice to Proceed.

City of Newnan

Work includes approx. 1 LS mobilization, 0.56 AC site clearing, 326 CY excavation and fill, 5,720 SY erosion control matting, 328 LF 18" RCP storm drainage piping, 87 EA precast stormwater structure, 1,718 SY asphalt unit paving, mill and inlay. 669 LF 5" double yellow pavement marking, 1 EA HIP stop sign, 1,111 LF 24" concrete curb & gutter, 14 SF sidewalk.
