Street improvements, include 870 SF of full width 2" HMA overlay from South Westphalia street to beech street, including casting adjustments. Items of work on West Elm street and West Pine street include construction of approx. 600 SF of road reconstruction including, sand subbase, aggregate base, and 4" HMA resurfacing, associated drive approaches, 900 LF of 10" storm sewer, 100 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, ADA compliant curb ramps, surface restoration; mulch blanket, traffic control and all related work. Items of work on east pine street include removal and replacement of approx. 120 SF of 60" diameter culvert, including storm sewer and drainage improvements, approx. 150 SF of road reconstruction including, sand subbase, aggregate base, and 4" HMA resurfacing; surface restoration; mulch blanket, traffic control and all related work.
