RIC Sweet Hall Elevator Modernization (RFQ)

Seeking a vendor for the modernization of the 5-stop elevator within Sweet Residence Hall. The project includes demolition, and modernization of existing elevator, this includes but is not limited to replacement of call buttons and lanterns patch and paint adjacent walls as needed of the existing facility. Infill of existing elevator shaft vent located at the roof. Infill to match adjacent masonry.
