The OAG is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent OAG and the OAG's client agencies and institutions with respect to transactional matters as well as regulatory issues on a case-by-case basis. Areas of expertise required to perform these projects include the following matter types, all as they arise in an academic medical center that includes hospitals, a medical school, and a faculty practice plan.
