RFP - Psychiatric Health Facility Operation and Management

Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for clients experiencing acute psychiatric and substance use disorder symptoms. The PHF program is designed to address the client’s current crisis and assist in returning them to a less restrictive environment by providing intensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services.
