Gloucester County, NJ is soliciting proposals for bond counsel legal services and other specialized legal services. Town of Morristown

Provision of legal services bond counsel, as more particularly described herein.

Camden County Sheriff's Office

Seeking to obtain the services of one firm to act as general bond counsel to the county. The county requires the provision of bond counsel services which include but are not limited to the drafting of appropriate resolutions, the review and preparation of bond ordinances, the delivery of legal opinions, advising the county about legal considerations with respect to financing alternatives, advising the county on state and federal tax law issues, and various other duties as they relate to bonds, notes, their financing and related topics.

Township of West Caldwell

Bond Counsel Services. Counsel will, on an "as needed" basis, be assigned and required to provide representation to Township as follows: On an as needed basis, prepare, draft and review opinions on any ordinances, statutes or other laws affecting the Township’s existing or proposed bonds, notes or related indebtedness; Preparation of bond ordinances; Preparation and review of public finance resolutions; Assist in reviews and updates of official statements associated with debt issuances; Attend bond or note bid openings and assist in analyzing bond or note bids to determine final award; Assist in relationship management with rating agencies; Provide advice on legal and financial matters to ensure the Township’s fiscal strength; Provide legal opinions on sale of bonds and notes; Attend meetings when requested; and Provide as other legal services related to public finance and bond related matters.
