The project consist of furnishing and applying slurry seal on select streets with in the city. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, weed removal, header cuts, application of crack sealant, removal of existing striping, grinding, asphalt overlay, application of Type II Latex Emulsion Aggregate Slurry Seal, and re-striping slurried streets.

Supply of iron castings. Self-Leveling Manhole Frame Assembly with 24-inch diameter cover as manufactured by EJ Products, Model 1205, 1037, 3024 and 1040 or equal. Units shall be rated for HS-20 live load. Detectable Warning Units: i) Raised detectable warning units shall meet all requirements of ADA. NYSDOT approved Cast Iron Tactile Strips shall be the only approved material for this item. ii) NYSDOT 726-01 Surface Applied Detectable Warning Units. iii) NYSDOT 726-02 Embedded Detectable Warning Units.
