Responsible Landlord Engagement Initiative (RLEI) or Similar Services (RFP)

Provide Mediation and Dispute Resolution services to community members concerning habitually challenging properties afflicted with blight, disrepair, persistent code violations, and criminal activity by engaging neighborhood residents, tenants, and landlords to work collaboratively with each other to strategize solutions.
