Respite Program Coordination Services (RFQ)

Establish a fee for the services of a respite education and support tools ("REST") program project coordinator for the county office for the aging. The offeror should be qualified and experienced to provide coordination services for the purposes of facilitating in-home companion social respite care, recruiting and training volunteers, screening potential receivers of care, and reporting measurable outcomes.
