Requirements Contract for Emergency Water Distribution System Repairs and Permanent Restoration of Road Pavement

Provide emergency water distribution system repairs and permanent restoration of road pavement includes 10 LF of new 16" cement lined ductile water main; 10 LF of 12" cement lined ductile water main; 10 LF of 10" cement lined ductile water main; 16" mechanical joint butterfly valves with boxes and retainer glands; 10 CY of concrete thrust block; install 400 SY of 2" hot-mix asphalt including maintenance and removal prior to final restoration; see outside link.
