Provide qualified and experienced traffic engineering consultants to provide traffic signal management and operations services. The scope of services under this contract includes five core components: traffic signal operations and system monitoring - evaluate and support the performance of the city's traffic signal network through periodic analysis, field reviews, and coordination with the city's maintenance contractor; citywide traffic signal coordination master plan - develop and implement an updated master plan to optimize signal coordination and improve overall traffic operations across the city; citywide traffic count and level of service program collect and analyze traffic data at selected intersections to inform signal timing adjustments and planning-level traffic evaluations (adt counts and los analysis).
