Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to repair existing auditorium space (room M201) to replace flooring, seating, tables, wall wainscoting, and divider of the auditorium in McAllister Hall.

Project work includes full abatement and disposal of interior lead and asbestos, and exterior asbestos caulking at windows, complete testing and documentation of a successful abatement. Replacing all the windows with low maintenance, high efficiency fiberglass windows, and impact glazing, remodeling all the bathrooms and kitchen, replacing selected HV AC and plumbing components, replacing the electrical system, replacing all of the plaster walls and wood trim, repairing and refinishing hardwood floors.
