Replace Chillers (2 Units Bldg. 14, 2 Units Bldg. 20) (Request for Qualifications)

Work includes replacement of end of lifecycle chiller equipment. Replacement of aging chillers, associated controls, support piping (chilled water, condenser water and refrigerant relief), valves, pumps and new electrical power connections.
