Requires five individual parking spaces within .50 miles of the Harris County Jail Complex located at 700 North Jacinto Street, Houston, TX 77002. The parking spaces shall be reserved and secured as the vehicles are law enforcement vehicles and are required to be safe and secure. The contractor shall provide 24-hour, seven days a week access to the parking structure. Additionally, the contractor shall provide access to the parking structure via a key card or license plate recognition software. Access may be needed for additional visiting personnel (as needed). The contractor shall install ICE identification placards for each ICE parking space to ensure that the spaces are always reserved for ICE vehicles.
