Renovations - Lancaster Magistrate Building (IFB)

The work consists of exterior & interior renovations. Further includes: painting interior walls of courtroom, foyer, two bathrooms and bond courtroom, including doors, windows and baseboards. Work includes sheetrock repair, trim and caulk; Remove and replace columns with white fluted metal; Remove rotten facia and boxing; Remove 4" gutters and replace with commercial grade 6" gutters; Install vinyl boxing and ceilings; Remove and replace two windows and rotten frames and seals; Scrape, prime and paint exterior doors, windows and jams; Remove and replace two wall mount sconce lights at entrance.
