Renovation of Tennis Pavilion and Playground Improvements at Sahm Park

Work consists of demolition and removal of existing site features, excavation and grading of site topography, installation of underground stormwater detention infrastructure, remodel existing tennis pavilion to expand restrooms and add office space, install new playground equipment, fitness equipment and play surface, installation of new shelter, add/replace walks and miscellaneous flatwork, landscaping, seeding and sodding, maintenance grounds inside limits of work, and incidental restoration.
