Renovate SPS OR Vertical Transport. Install two (2) new dumbwaiters to completely service multiple floors in the Main Building 500. At the very least, it will require modification of existing structure to accommodate the new dumbwaiters and modification of existing and/or install new structure, electric power, lighting controls and HVAC needed to have fully operational dumbwaiters travelling between the basement and the 3rd floor of the facility.
