Remodel Existing Space at Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC)

Contract that includes: general, mechanical, demolition, remediation, and electrical construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. The existing pharmacy is being relocated from level 1 to level 2. The vacated space in level 1 will be used for a procedure suite with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) unit, dental and clinical services. Requires coordination with medical, dental and pharmacy equipment vendors during construction, manufactured sound and vibration control components.
