Upgrades on the main campground shower house. Grinding of existing paint. Painting of walls with commercial grade epoxy based paint (Color to be determined by the owner). Painting of the floors with commercial grade epoxy based paint, proper flake material, and finished with a proper clear coat. (Colors to be determined by the owner).

Upgrades on the main campground shower house. Removal and installation of 2 regular toilets, 1 handicap accessible toilet, and 1 wall mount urinal in the men's side. Removal and installation of 3 regular toilets and 1 handicap accessible toilet in the women's side. New chrome coverplates and chrome handles for existing shower valves. Bid may possibly include some plumbing and pipe work on new sink installation.
