Redevelopment Project Management Services (Request for Qualifications)

The consultant shall provide all necessary project management work for the relevant redevelopment project, including but not limited to, the following Services: Managing and facilitating real estate redevelopment, as needed (including soliciting and engaging with potential developers; administering site redevelopment activities, such as assembling due diligence data required for redevelopment; and overseeing site preparation activities, such as demolition and environmental remediation) Coordinate due diligence documentation and closing deliverables (title work, surveys, Phase I/II environmental site assessments.)
