Redevelopment of City-Owned Property (Request for Qualifications)

City of Middletown

Seeking to create downtown redevelopment plans for the redevelopment of several city-owned properties in or near our downtown, with consideration for privately owned properties.

The consultant shall provide all necessary project management work for the relevant redevelopment project, including but not limited to, the following Services: Managing and facilitating real estate redevelopment, as needed (including soliciting and engaging with potential developers; administering site redevelopment activities, such as assembling due diligence data required for redevelopment; and overseeing site preparation activities, such as demolition and environmental remediation) Coordinate due diligence documentation and closing deliverables (title work, surveys, Phase I/II environmental site assessments.)
