El Dorado Irrigation District
The purpose of this RFP is to identify an off-the-shelf, Cloud-Based Software solution that can be customized to meet the reservation, campground management, and point-of-sale (POS) requirements of the Recreational Department of El Dorado Irrigation District (District). The solution shall allow the public to make, change, and cancel reservations over the internet; District staff must also have the ability to make, change/modify, or cancel reservations. The solution shall allow District staff to log in to generate reports and make changes to data (including site attributes, price, and inventory availability) as necessary. The POS system must be easily configurable by District staff to allow for adding, deleting, or changing the price, description, and/or availability of products.
