Recreation Center Roof Replacements and Repairs (RFP)

Regional Water Resource Agency

Work includes repair or replace multiple RWRA facility roof systems that were damaged during the 2025 hailstorm. Work will be completed at RWRA facility sites and roofing work shall be inclusive of roofing systems as scheduled for each facility complete with all underlayment, related flashings, copings, and misc. Appurtenances, gutters, downspouts and/or misc. Roof drain accessories. Roof repairs shall be made with materials that are compliant with existing manufacturers warranty systems. Roof replacements shall be completed with new commercial- grade roofing systems, material type as specified in these documents and shall all be installed by manufacturer- certified commercial roofing installers. City of Newport

Provide roofing contractors for corrective work at the Newport Recreation Center roof. The project will focus on targeted repairs to address skylight and drainage issues in order to extend the service life of the existing standing seam aluminium roof system.

Auburn Housing Authority

Roof replacements at the building.
