Seeking a contract for logistics warehouse support. NCEM requires an experienced contractor to provide comprehensive, scalable, and responsive warehouse logistics support services. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing warehouse space and operations to support the storage and distribution of emergency supplies, equipment and resources

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)

The Contractor shall provide support to three separate entities: Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD), Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB) Dock Master Office, and Property Management of the WHS and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Joint Staff and Liaison Office. Each entity has responsibilities that requires different and distinct types and levels of service, as more fully described below: The FOSD/RLSB Remote Delivery Facility (RDF)-Dock Master Office: The Contractor shall provide RLSB Dock Master Office support at the RDF which is a 250,000 SF shipping and receiving facility adjoining the Pentagon. The RDF provides a secure consolidated location to receive and screen all deliveries and the thousands of items shipped to the Pentagon each day. See attached file.
