Realty/trac Subscription Services - (Request for Quotations)

Provide realty/trac subscription services. The objectives of the contract are to provide HUD with robust panel data reports that achieve the following: 1) To support formal evaluations of HUD programs addressing foreclosure and neighborhood stabilization. 2) To provide data for geo-spatial mortgage analysis and other mortgage market research projects. 3) To facilitate flow analysis and production of Scorecard for HUD. 4) To provide timely responses to Congressional and Administration requests. 5) To detail national, state, and metro flow data for use in public policy decisions.
