Re-Roofing Fairview Elementary School Building For Cullman County Schools

Contractor to install a new shingle roofing system over exisitng plywood deck substrate for entire existing roof area. Provide new pre-finished drip replacement flashing at existing areas as required. All existing gutters and downspouts are to be replaced and existing gutter guards / shields on existing walls are to remain. Route new downspouts into existing downpout boots and splashblocks (field verify). Provide new concrete splashblocks if not encountered. Install new flashing systems complete or as noted. Flash all penetrations passing through roof system. The flashing seal must be made directly to the penetration.
