The IFB B25027 requests radon testing for 684 scattered-site houses in Minneapolis and radon mitigation for any units that require it, with work to be performed by individuals certified by NRPP or NRSB and licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. Bids must be submitted online via the Housing Agency Marketplace by the stated deadline of Monday, November 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST.
