Quincy Fire Station # 3 - Exterior Repairs (RFP)

This project is focusing on exterior repairs to be completed and work that will include gutter & downspout removal & replacement, rotted fascia identified & replaced, and also soffit work. The project also includes the installation of maintenance free facia covering. An additional option to this RFP will be the option for proposers to also include pricing for the installation of board & batten vinyl siding, to replace existing wood siding. Removal of existing gutters and dispose. Install new 5" seamless aluminum gutters on building. Color shall complement the existing colors and will be determined prior to contract award. Install new 3" x 4" downspouts at 6 locations. Remove rotted extra wide wooden fascia boards, and replace. Color shall complement the existing colors and will be determined prior to contract award. Install aluminum soffit on the building, and a new aluminum "j-channel" at the soffit to wall intersection. Install new custom bent aluminum fascia on the building. Color shall complement the existing colors and will be determined prior to contract award.
