Pump Station 1-1 and 2-1 Rehabilitation (ITB)

Work consist of remove and replace the existing (vertical run) 150 lb. Class, 16" flanged DI discharge piping, pump bases, 90-degree pump base elbows, 2" stainless steel pump guide rails approx. 16' in length, 16" DI 90-degree elbow for each of the 40 hp submersible sewer pumps. Each discharge pipe is approx. 6' in length. All new piping, fittings and fasteners shall be stainless steel. Stainless steel piping shall be wear resistant and thick walled.
