Pullen Park - Lake Howell Shoreline Wall Replacement *Re-Bid*

City of Richland

Demolition of an existing, failed basalt column shoreline retaining wall and replacement with a new, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) precast concrete modular block wall with geogrid reinforcement. The work also includes appurtenant traffic control, wall drains, backfill, handrailing, asphalt and concrete pavement surface restoration, and other incidental work.

City of Mountain View

Demolition and in-kind replacement of the deteriorated play structure and adjoining wooden deck. Replacement and regrading of approx. 3,600 SF of the existing asphalt pathway leading to the playground to address ADA non-compliance.

City of Arvada

Removal and replacement of the park east synthetic soccer fields. The area is 155,250 SF (77,625 per field) square feet, and the work includes removal and disposal of the existing synthetic turf and infill, base preparation, nailer board inspection and replacement as needed, and installation of new synthetic turf system and infill.
