The City of Boulder is seeking a Vendor to provide an Online Community Engagement Platform that can accomplish the functionalities identified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected Vendor will be responsible for implementing the software, providing training, and offering data migration solutions. The City is seeking a platform that is user-friendly, data-driven, and can help reduce staff workload. The platform should also be able to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, improve equity, integrate with other digital tools, and scale citywide.
