Public Defender (RFP)

The Public Defender shall defend the criminal, quasi-criminal, disorderly persons offenses, motor vehicle offenses and any other matters assigned to him or her in accord with State law, N.J.S.A. 2B:24-4, et seq., and the process administered by the Municipal Court of the Township. The Public Defender shall receive such fees for services as shall be determined by the Township Committee and in accord with application or related fees that may be charged to qualifying defendants.
