PSC Tri-Cities Airport Terminal Expansion

Project work generally consists of the following: Expanding services to the Port of Pasco PSC Terminal. The expansion includes: 1.BASE BID: Larger outbound baggage facility/system (BHS), Restroom, Gate 2 Expansion, and associated work items including all underground and utilities work for the Gate 2 passenger boarding bridges (included in ABI #1) 2.ALERNATE BID ITEM #1 (ABI-1): Two (2) Passenger Boarding Bridges at Gate 2 3.ALTERNATE BID ITEM #2 (ABI-2): Gate 5 Addition, including one (1) Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB). Work items generally consist of: airport terminal building construction, concrete building foundation, building electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building finishing, passenger boarding bridges (ABIs), removal of concrete and asphalt pavements, concrete and asphalt paving, subbase course, crushed aggregate base course, pavement markings, storm drain pipe, manholes, chain-link fence, underground power cable, and conduit. There are two (2) alternate bid items listed above: Refer to Sheet G-012 for comprehensive graphical information. Qualified bidders are required to provide bids for Base Scope and for each alternate bid item (ABIs) separately.
