Program Management Support Services for North Terminal Expansion Project

Qualified consultant through a competitive process to partner with Denver International Airport (DEN) in forming a Program Management Team (PMT) that will serve as part of an integrated Program Delivery team. The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive range of services necessary for the successful execution of the program. These services include program and project management, environmental services, design and baseline development, permitting support, and evaluation of delivery methods. Additionally, the PMT will provide critical assistance in areas such as cost and schedule management, program oversight, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and community engagement.
