Seeking qualified professional firms (consultants) to provide as-needed comprehensive management, operation, and maintenance (o&m) services for the city's wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) and sanitary sewer collection system (system). Maintain operation of headworks, influent pump station, secondary clarifiers, thickening/dewatering, biosolids handling/hauling, and percolation ponds. Operate and maintain aeration; track energy efficiency and provide optimization recommendations.
