Orange Township Police Department

Providing professional budget consulting services to the City. Each respondent to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") must be licensed by the State of New Jersey as both a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant, and must demonstrate the technical expertise and experience necessary to perform independent audits of municipalities in the State of New Jersey. The successful respondent will be retained for the express purpose of rendering opinions on activities and procedures related to the City's financial affairs for the 2026 calendar year (i.e., January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026), and will be required to execute the City’s form of agreement, which includes indemnification, insurance, termination and licensing provisions. A draft agreement is available for review upon request.
