Professional Planning Services – General Municipal Services (Request for Qualifications)

Borough of New Providence

Provision of professional planning services for calendar year 2026 with possible one year extensions through 2028. Providing the professional planning services, including without limitation consultations with and advice to the borough council, planning board and board of adjustment, assistance in preparation of zoning ordinances and the master plan of the borough and expert testimony as needed. Respondents must demonstrate that they satisfy all professional requirements and will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services.

Borough of East Newark

Provide Professional Planning Services of a general and specialized nature to the Borough's planning and Zoning Board(s).

City of Eugene

Work includes providing General Planning Services for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. When a need arises, the City may review the qualifications of the providers within the pool. If an appropriate provider is available, the City may enter into a contract with that provider.
