Professional Engineering Design Services for Replacement of Two Air Handling Units (Request for Qualifications)

Replacement of the two (2) air handling units. Work includes review of the agency's program and budget for this project; code analysis to ensure the project complies with all applicable federal and state codes as well as state rules and standards; review of the proposed site for compliance with federal and state regulations and rules regarding floodplain development management; development of an estimate of the maximum probable cost of the project; development of a schematic design submittal (approximately 25% complete documents) and an estimate of the annual utility consumption and operating cost for review and approval by the agency.
